Colin is an experienced property investor. starting his rental career back in 1990. Since then his own portfolio has expanded to 21 buy and hold properties.

He has self managed his own rentals until recently when this business was setup.

He loves the industry, buying, renovating and tenanting. He has exceptional skills with his tenants, an average tenancy of 4 years says it all.

Margaret has had many years working in Real Estate and Property Management In NZ and Australia.

Specialising in Trust Account Management, and in Finance and Owner Management within the Industry in Australia. Margaret has a strong commitment to personalised customer service with a very high set of values and business ethics, providing an exceptional property management service. 

Samantha is new to the Property Management industry.  She is Young vibrant and keen.  She is working closely with Colin, while she learns the ropes.
